The brief given for this project is to select and upscale a brand to enhance its services through a service design methodology in ways that relate to branding, communication and experiences for the brand.
The brand we chose was Drip, a nightclub located in Concord Shopping Mall with the nearest MRT station being Dhoby Ghaut. Our goal for this project was to create a more wholesome experience in Drip that would spike public buzz for it and introduce Drip to those who do not know of it while establishing a good impression.
